Addition to Existing Structure Building Service

I hired this contractor to do a deck replacement at my home in Forest, VA. We signed a contract in early September with a start date of the first week in October. The contractor postponed the job multiple times and as of today he will no longer even reply to my inquiries. This is a very unfortunate situation as I took out a loan to finance this work and all I have to show for it is loan payments. I would encourage anyone considering hiring a contractor to avoid this company.
