I contract them to come and check my air conditioning and heating system every 6 months. It went well. They are prompt when you call them when you have a problem. They know the system. There is a once every 6 month maintenance, they change the filters, check the gas in the system, the freon. They run it through it's cycles to make sure it is running correctly.
