VaughanTech Unlimited

My desktop would not power up one morning so I took it to Vaughan TECH PC Services, who I had recently heard about through a friend.  After initial testing, it was determined that I needed a new power unit.  The unit had to be ordered and the first one that arrived was defective.  The second one arrived a few days later and worked great.  Vaughan also removed my old anti-virus software at my request and installed a new one.  When I went to pick up my computer, Clay Vaughan activated the new software for me and demonstrated its features.  Clay and his employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.  Clay answered all my questions and took the time to explain things I did not understand.  Before I left, Clay printed out a 3 page document with information and tips on how to prevent getting computer viruses.  And, one more thing:  I'm always impressed when a small business owner becomes involved in community projects and Vaughan TECH has a drop off box for Toys for Tots.

I HAVE USED VAUGHN FOR MY 3 PERSONAL COMPUTERS AND MY BUSINESS HAS USED HIM FOR THE OFFICE COMPUTERS AND THE PRINTERS. HE IS RESPONSIVE, DOES HOUSE CALLS AND REMOTE IT SERVICES. I EXPECIALLY LIKE THE REMOTE IT SERVICES AND HAVE USED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES ON THE DESKTOP AND LAPTOP TO FIX VIRUS AND HIDDEND DOWNLOADS. THEY AVERAGE $52.00 AN HOUR AND DO NOT CHARGE HOURLY IF THEY ARE USING A "CLEANER" AND DO NOT HAVE TO BE AT THE TERMINAL.  I HAVE FOUND THEM FAIR WITH PRICING AND THEIR TICKETS SHOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY FOUND AND HOW IT WAS FIXED. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THEM,. THEY ALSO SET UP COMPANY NETWORKS WHICH WE WILL USE.
