LITTLE'S FLOWER SHOPPE

I would NEVER use this provider again. I specifically asked once during a past order that they NOT deliver the flowers between 11:0-0 am and 12:00 pm. Guess what? That is EXACTLY the period of time that they delivered them!!!! My wife was not there!!!! My wife had been having a difficult time at work so delivering them while she was present was VERY important!!! I told them she wouldn't be there during that time period!!! O.K. people make mistakes. How did they do on a second order? Read on... Today (05/09/2014) My brother-in-law had flowers delivered to my terminally ill Mother-in-law (HIS MOTHER) for Mothers Day. Guess what!!!! They called him and told my Brother-In-Law that they were going to have to charge him $30.00 EXTRA ( $60.00 delivery charge total) because it was a "Difficult delivery". We are only 2.5 miles away from this flower shop. It is just down the street from where my wife works. This is the very same day that I received a freight delivery (over 400 lbs ) and a UPS delivery of chocolates for my Mother-In -Law none of which had additional charges!!!! DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS!!!! All they care about is money!!!!! Never mind the value!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO VALUE!!!!! They are arrogant. Use Farm Fresh supermarkets flower delivery instead. I have had no problems with them in the past and they don't a**** "extra" charges!!!!!!!!!
