My AC stopped working several times last year Harrisons sent out a man named Chris who had a very uninviting demeanor and a poor attitude. He seemed to not want to be bothered. Each time he was supposed to fix my unit something else would be wrong a little while later. The last time he did his work and I was told I had a freon leak and that it was fixed. A few months later my relay goes out and I call another company to check it out and come to find out I still have a leak. I was told I'd been ripped off by Harrisons and will never hire them again.

They're excellent. They come when they call. They do the work and they do it very well.

I think it was good.  Three guys, all day.  It was a one day job. 
I think it was a fair price, they put in some duct work and added a return vent inside the house. It was a fair amount of work in addition to the hardware.

Outstanding company. They have scheduled a technician within a day or two. I found them to be honest, which is difficult to find with today's contractors. They came out, troubleshot the problem, and it turned out to be a low cost, minor fix. Another unit required replacement and they gave several options, such as the least expensive, medium cost, and highest quality unit. They explained the differences and provided the chosen unit within a couple days, and had it installed. Great Company.

Excellent. Very pleased with the service they provided and the outcome of the new installation.

They informed me that the rebate offer I had signed up for only applied to heat pumps and I had a much older heater that you can only really clean the coils and the filter on, not tune up. He said he could charge me $119 to look at it and clean the filter, but that it looked good and he wouldn't recommend that I waste the money. I was impressed by his honesty.

The technician's previous appointment took longer than expected so I received a call informing me of this which was greatly appreciated. Tech explained everything he was doing and why. When he occasionally use an industry acronym that I didn't understand he would catch himself and explain it. 
I called for service on Saturday afternoon, explaining it wasn't an emergency. I was then contacted early Monday morning with an appointment then set for that day.

My son referred me to Angie's List and we found Harrison and they were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up very well. The service was excellent, got me a new heating and cooling system, which is working out excellently and makes me feel safe for the Winter.

I have yet to hear back from the provider after almost two months! I called once two weeks after the visit and asked when I could expect to receive a quote and was told it would be sent the following week. I never got anything. It is obvious that the provider does not want my business despite promising to provide a quotation.

No problem, nothing special; no work accomplished other than inspection

My dad had called him to look at his unit, but since my sister and i live in the same neighborhood he was able to look at all 3 the same day. My dad's need work and so did my sister's unit. He looked over mine and said it was in perfect working order so I was not charge. I tell everyone who needs work done on their AC units to contact him.

Everything went well. Changed all filters and serviced inside and outside units.

EXCELLENT!! Very professional, easy to work with, outstanding work, on time. HIGHLY recommend.

After explaining to Alan that I've had to top off the coolant in my heat pump numerous times, he performed a thorough examination of my entire system, discovered the leak in the air handler. The part was promptly ordered and installed 48 hours later. He went the extra mile and installed a clean-out in my drain to make it easier to clean. I've dealt with other Companies in the area and rather than putting forth the effort to discover the leak, they simply resorted to topping off my heat up, knowing that I would need to have to call again after 3 months. I appreciate his attention to detail and the professionalism of Alan and Harrison. thank you.
