Bert's Well Pump and Services did a great job in replacing my well pump. They were on time and very efficient and I thought their price was excellent. Bert and his wife, Taraleigh are two of the nicest, friendliest people I have ever met and will go out of their way to get your well needs met as fast as possible. Bert also replaced a sump pump for me 2 yrs ago and again, he was efficient and did a great job!! I would never hire anyone else to fix my pumps.

Bert's knows pumps! My pump was not developing sufficient discharge pressure and I was pretty sure it needed to be replaced. Instead, Bert gave some attention to areas that needed maintenance and replaced some fittings that were no longer serviceable. The result was a fully operational pump at a price much lower than I expected to pay. Bert's Well and Pump Service has earned my business by treating me right and doing the work right.

This local company really does attempt to help customers out in a "critical" situation , as well as fitting you in for more routine maintenance issues. (This property is a new home for us, so we are still learning about existing systems and finding people to help out with items.) I called Bert's Well & Irrigation's office Monday morning, explaining that over the weekend the irrigation pump in the garage had started leaking , and that the yard seeding company was going to be coming today or Tuesday to do fall seeding. (Of course ideally for seed germination and young grass growth, it is wonderful to be able to use a yard irrigation system instead of dragging hoses everywhere to water the yard 2-3 times per day for a few weeks.) The receptionist was very nice and said they would try to work us in to their schedule. I sent pictures to her of the leak area of the pump, so that they could be forwarded to the technician (Bert). He fortunately was able to get to us later that morning and immediately wasted no time getting to work and getting it repaired. (no chit chat- identified problem- got job done and was off to next customer.)

Very professional, very interesting operation to watch. It took about 3 hours to drill and install the well and pump. We are very happy.

Bert’s well service is an excellent company. They have serviced our well twice, and both times, were able to fit us in rather quickly, and were very attentive to details of getting our well up and running for our irrigation system. Instead of just saying we need to replace our whole system like another company told us, they were able to diagnose and only replace the parts that were needed, saving us time and money. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing well service.

I couldn't be happier with Bert and Taraleigh. They called me right before going on vacation to get things started and made sure the process moved quickly and smoothly. Taraleigh was incredibly sweet and easy to communicate with. I'm so thankful that they were a part of my home construction.

My elderly Mother lost her well and along with it her only water source. Berts was not only quick to respond but was genuinely concerned for her situation. They moved quickly and professionally to get her a new well and pump in in some less than stellar conditions. Clean efficient and professional, these guys are your best choice for great service.

I was impressed first when I called and talked to Mrs Bullock. She was very knowledgeable with the type of service I was needing. She stated that Mr. Bullock would call and review my needs. He stated that he would evaluate the pump and well for the cause of the problem. His professional was outstanding and after his evaluation he was able to fix my problem. It’s been (3) days now and the pump has maintained pressure and the pump hasn’t started running. I’m very impressed with there service and highly recommend them to anyone needing there help. (5) stars.

Bert arrived as promised, provided an estimate, took care of the required permit and completed the work on schedule. Couldn’t ask for better service from him or his sweet office manager, Taraleigh. Highly recommend!

My husband and I found ourselves with hardly any water pressure, an angry pump, leaks and an outdated well.... Clearly we needed to get this fixed quickly. We were referred to Bert and he came by to assess the situation that same evening; we needed a new well drilled. Within 2 days, Bert and his team took care of the permit authorization with the city and were ready to get to work...The team worked meticulously and efficiently, respectful of property, accommodating and very pleasant and the customer service is top notch!
