Joe came out and removed the tree. He claimed the person that removes the stump would be out the following Friday. That was over a month ago. I hired them for tree and stump removal. That was the agreement. We have text to back this up. We still have a stump. When I recently reached out to the owner, he dismissed it saying his guy must have forgotten. That was a week ago, I have not heard back from him. I expected this company to provide the agreed service.
