Window Tailors

I contacted Window Tailors and within a day received a response back from Martin Plourde, owner of the business.  We discussed by phone what I was looking for in window treatments so he would have some idea of what I needed.  We set up an appointment and he arrived ready with a plethora of samples of shutters, blinds and shades along the lines of what we had discussed by phone.  He took careful measurements of all the windows after I decided what I wanted to order.  He was extremely patient and helpful during this process and had excellent suggestions.  I did not feel rushed or pushed into any decisions..
The total order came in batches and Mr. Plourde arrived at my home for several trips as orders arrived.  He personally installed and adjusted the products as needed.  He is as picky as I am so everything came together perfectly.  He is willing to come back and make adjustments to blinds if needed, which he did for me in one case, and he made it clear he would not leave until he was certain that I was 100 percent satisfied.
Window Tailors sets the bar high for family-owned businesses.  Mr. Plourde knows what he is doing, does it well, and is completely reliable and trustworthy.  His prices are very reasonable and the line of products he carries is extensive.  All the products have good warranties.   If you have a need for window treatments, this is the company for you!
