HILL'S ON-SITE MOWER SERVICE

Called Mr. Hill last week about mower repair. Explained the problem. Told me he would order the part and set up an appointment to come out. Calked to let me know the part had come in and set up an appointment for today. Was punctual and professional and fixed the mower. Brought along Debbie and they were both extremely nice. Would definitely use their services again.

They arrived exactly on time and repaired the mower quickly and completely.  Mr. Hill ran the mower for awhile to make sure it was repaired.  He also stopped and started it several times to make sure it was repaired.  I am completely happy with the service and the value.  I would definitely call them again for any service I thought they might be able to help me with.

Mr. Hill returned my voice message the same day, made arrangements for a site visit the next day. He worked on a lawnmower that would not run, got it running. He did a good job, was very professional, and pleasant to talk to. All in all a good experience. I recommend his services highly.

He was the closest one because we are in a rural area. He was very nice and very professional. I have no complaints.

Mr. Hill did a phone evaluation of the problem so he could come prepared for my particular mower. He came with all the potentially needed parts, including a new battery. He arrived on time and went straight to work. Within 20 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and had it repaired. I was delighted to learn he also does routine annual tune-ups. I won't be spending $185.00 to have the mower transported next spring!!

It went well, they had to order a part and called back as soon as the part arrived and they came and fixed it. My only concern is that the mower worked for one use and then the next time I went out to get on it it would not start. I had put a new battery in the tractor before the repair was made so I don't think the problem is the battery. I have not called them to come back to check it out.

He did a great job. He was really a pleasant guy, he was really really nice. He got the job done with no problems.

I was impressed by the efficiency of Mr Hills set-up. He came to my home and serviced the riding mower in my driveway. This saved me weeks of waiting to get my mower back from the shop and a huge pick-up and delivery charge. I've been waiting for a service like this. I will surely be calling him to do my yearly service. Great job!

Called on Wednesday and scheduled for Saturday between 12-3. Called at noon to say they would be here at 2 and then showed up right on time. Had all the necessary parts on board the van and got right to work. Solved the ground issue, installed the new battery, and gave me a tune up all in about an hour.
Total bill was $145, which is what other folks wanted just to transport the mower back and forth to their shop. Good folks, enjoyed meeting them and talking while the work got done. I will absolutely call the next time I need service.

Wonderful! Hill's On-Site Mower Service is a too well kept secret. I wish I had known about them last year, before paying one of the big name companies to do onsite repairs. Buddy came to my home and repaired my riding mower and tuned up my push mower. Before he worked on the riding mower, it would not start, and I was afraid it was headed for the scrap pile. This was after I paid big bucks to the big name company, to work on it last year. I thought that I was going to be out the cost of a new lawn tractor, but I saw Hill's ad in the weekly paper and decided it was worth one last try.

Buddy did a complete tune-up, oil change and blade sharpening on both mowers and checked the belts and deck height on the riding mower. He found and fixed a loose electrical connection on the riding mower. Both mowers are now running smoothly.

The service was prompt and friendly. If anything the fee was too low. I will be calling on Hill's to care for my lawn equipment from now on.
