Perfect! Great guys - very professional and FAST!

They did an ok job, but customer service suffered. Billing was VERY confusing - it needs to be more clear and straightforward. I think they really know grass and grass care. However when aerating they missed large areas of property. No big deal except I asked repeatedly about them coming back out to do those missed areas and I never got a reply or anything. I was also told that I would get the heads up when the aeration crew was coming so I could prepare borders and show them where some grass is not growing that needs to be aerated. I never heard anything and the crew showed up and missed areas that need grass. I was also "ensured" that a crew would come out "this week" to pick up leaves that were totally covering the backyard. It wasn't until the next week that anyone came by, and they didn't even pick up the leaves! This is why I give them low grades.

Two guys came out with a Dingo (smaller than a Bobcat, rented from Lowe's I believe) around 10am. They did great work -- I was amazed at how adeptly they maneuvered that machine in my tiny backyard -- until about 4pm, at which point they had to go back and fix the gate they accidentally bulldozed earlier. My crappy gate didn't end up any worse, but I felt like I only got 6 hours of work when I (thought I) paid for a whole day. By 5:30 they had completed about 90% of what I asked, claiming that the rest couldn't be done with the Dingo; however, I can't help thinking those extra couple of hours would have allowed them to get a little more done. I finished the rest with hand tools over the next week, which I didn't really mind. But I didn't get paid for it.

I am a busy working professional and so is my wife. Working full time, taking care of two young kids, and trying to deal with the lawn was just too much. I never thought something like this was affordable but I checked with Walter and I am sure glad that I did. I never have to worry about the outside of my house. His people are always very professional, on time, and do a fabulous job. Its so nice not to worry about the outside of your home and has freed up time for me to go to the river, spend time with my kids, ect. He hires competent employees which I cannot say for most landscaping companies.

Walter did a fantastic job with my yard. He was prompt, courteous and my yard looked great. I would recommend him to anyone who wants great results for a fair price.

Overall, it is okay. We are just learning each other, he sometimes expects different things then I do.

Had a septic tank replaced underneath patio that left a mess in the back yard. Walter removed a portion of the brick patio, graded the area, made a new walkway, mulched and planted grass seed. He also weeded multiple beds and hedged bushes. The experience was nice. I asked for a quote, we arranged a time to meet and he came in way under what I thought I was going to spend to fix the mess. I have already used him again at another house I own. I only gave him a B for Punctuality because the date the work was supposed to be started was moved a couple of times.

I have been in my home for forty yeaars and have had at least ten different lawn services. This is the first one that has remained and been professional, dependable and reliable.

I will use him again in the future.

It turned out great. They did a a really good job. The two guys who came out here were friendly and professional. One had the extra skill and know-how. I could talk to him about stuff and he would know what to do. They had some good suggestions. All around I am satisfied.

They just finished the work last week. They were very conscientious about the job. I liked their professionalism and insightfulness. We started out with a plan. When we had everything set in place, it just didn't look the way we wanted it. They were very flexible in reviving the plan and getting what we wanted for the look. That were very good in working with the customer and getting them what they wanted.

Everything was done very well and within the time frame promised. So much of what he did were things I could never have done myself, like lifting a lot of heavy stuff and transporting large items to dump. I wanted a company that could do a LOT of different things for me, freeing up my time just to do the easy stuff, like mowing (which they would do but I don't want to pay for that). I am saying B for the price simply because I didn't get any other estimates, but it sounded fair for all the work they proposed doing. One issue which arose during the process (which has not been a problem for me) was that Mr. Cornett left the original company I had contacted and started his own. So this is a brand-new company, but led by Mr. Cornett, who has a lot of experience, as do his associates. Mr. Cornett has kept me informed throughout this job, both by phone and email. He was also very thorough and accurate as I detailed all the various things I wanted done.
