My roof was leaking, and the soffits/aluminum trim were loose, missing, or ugly on the front of my house. I thought I would have to replace the whole roof because it was getting old, but Landers said I could wait for a couple of years. Very happy to hear that. I had also been having trouble finding someone to fix the soffits, so was really glad when I found out Landers does construction, as well as roofing. He wrote up an estimate and mailed it to me in about 3 days. Then he set up a Friday or Monday for fixing the roof (depending on the rain.) They did all the work while I was at work and did a great job - clean up was great, too. I wouldn't have known they had been there except that my house looked great - well, at least, much better than before.
