Remodel of kitchen and his company did plumbing work. I made multiple phone calls and it took days to get responses. I needed a plumber twice in the job and after the delays in call backs for visit one, i switched to another plumber. i will say that nothing was wrong with person that visited, it was that Mr. Testerman was lacking proper business etiquette regards returning phone calls.

Great he was on time and very professional

We had used this company over the last couple years and were always satisfied. Whenever we have called them, they always responded in a very timely manner and this time the plumber calling advised that he could come almost immediately. He was very pleasant upon his arrival and careful to put on paper booties before entering. Although the area was difficult to access, he very soon determined what had to be done, left to pick up the replacement parts, and was back within about 45 minutes (again putting on his booties). The repair took approximately an hour. I verified the work and was pleasantly surprised to see the entire area, including the tub and the access location, entirely cleaned and functioning properly. The people working for this firm have always been pleasant, careful, fast, and efficient, and the costs are always fair. We definitely will call them again if we need plumbing work performed.
