I had received a flyer from her and schedule an appointment for her to come give me an estimate. Her estimate was $135 to clean less than 1900 sq. feet. Our home is very neat and clean so I felt that price was too much. Eventually we agreed on $95. I told her in our initial meeting that it was imperative she pay attention to detail. I explained to her why I let my previous maid go, which was due to her inability to clean thoroughly. She understood and indicated that she was very detailed, which was not the case. Our dining room table had streaks of dust she had missed and a wine cabinet that had not been touched at all. The kitchen floor by the sink had food crumbs and dirt so she obviously had not mopped the floor. There were cob webs under the edge of the bathroom counters where she had not wiped. Her response was that she had a bad day. and these are just a few examples.

If you are looking for someone, who in my opinion, does a cursory cleaning then shes your girl. She was scheduled to clean on Friday mornings at 9:00 and was late all but once. The last time she was suppose to clean she never showed at all. No text or phone call. When I arrived home and realized she had not come I sent her a text and called her to see when she would be coming and she never responded. My next text was to let her know we would no longer be needing her services and she then responded to my text. In my opinion responsible business owner do not treat clients in this fashion.  

For these reasons I would not recommend this particular business for your cleaning needs.
