Brad Adams acted as the general contractor for renovations I had done to a 1950's cape cod I purchased in the Bryan Park neighborhood. He produced a low-ball bid, did substandard work--the air conditioner was installed backwards! And, costs went significantly over budget, but he did not raise any concerns or inform me in anyway until he presented a final bill substantially higher than his estimate. |He took days to return voicemail messages and often only after I sent certified mail correspondence. He used much profanity on the jobsite and very loudly. He also consumed alcohol on the jobsite. I caught him twice. I feel certain it was a regular habit.
