Fantastic! My carpets look awesome. He was very reasonably priced and easy to schedule with. An honest and hard working, pleasant and all around nice guy to do business with.

They arrived early, surveyed my carpets and cleaned them superbly.  They cleaned some areas I did not think could be cleaned.  Carl is very professional and knowledgeable.  I highly recommend them.

They arrived before the appointment.  They worked quickly and efficiently with outstanding results.  The cost was reasonable considering  the number of rooms.

Carl arrived exactly on time and spent the next 4 hours taking on the cleaning of the rugs using his special equipment for what is known as the "dry host" method. There is no excessive amount of water spread, but the results are obviously improved and impressive. I have two large dogs in the house one of whom has left her mark here and there. I pointed out the areas and Carl both cleaned those spots, but also sanitized them as well. At the conclusion there was not a sign to be seen of the previous ...deposits. Carl certainly knows his way around a rug and goes out of his way to clean it perfectly as if it were his own. Being a family business gives much attention to the work for it is their livelihood. So with the right person, the right machines and the right method, the rugs (now 5 years old) came back to new. I recommend Carl to anyone who wants that kind of dedication of an experienced  technician. I have already let him know that I will be back with him before the winter holidays.

They actually were the ones who put down our carpet in the first place and they also clean it once a year for free. They are a great price and are easy to work with.

The best thing about them is that they are a privately owned company so you don't have to worry about who will be coming out because it is always the same person every time. They do a great job on getting my carpet clean. They have a special technique to get the worn out spots to look the way they did before.

I am satisfied with the overall outcome of the cleaning. The carpets are free of the nasty odors that they once had. I have no complaints at all with this company or its workers. I am pleased and I would definitely use their services again and again. I also thought the pricing was good considering they moved a few things around for me.
