Their workers did a great job first time, then a bit less careful the second. By third, they were apparently were not happy that I could not ttoleratethe chemicals they used that activated my asthma, and/or could not accept taht we expected our rugs to be well shaken outside in lieu of having them vacuumed. When I called to confirm these expectations with the male owner, he complained that they were barely making it on what they charge, and did not appear willing to negotiate on this, even though I was willing to increase our payment slightly to accommodate the requests. I requested he think on it and get back to me, and he agreed. I did not hear from the company again.
I had requested a contract before hiring. Richard told me that he had my handshake and word to keep agreement that we had verbally made and I accepted this.
In the future, I would recommend that customers write a contract and get a guaranteed signatory to sign off on it.

Richard Hardy, the owner, had an appointment to meet me, see the house, discuss the details, etc. I was very excited to find someone who could do a good job cleaning, but alas.....When I talked to him to set up the appointment I told him where we live and that we had a 1/2 mile gravel driveway. All I got was a phone call saying that they had come up to check out our driveway and didn't think their and quot;girlsand quot; had any vehicle they could drive to our house, and they could not service our account. What do they think we drive for heaven's sake, a bulldozer? My 80 year old mother-in-law has driven up here in her LeSabre. Obviously, they didn't want the work. I don't like being stood up, and I don't like someone makeing excuses to me. I have no use for them whatsoever.

"I am very sorry that [member name removed] feels that we did hold up our end of meeting with her. We did call and leave a message that we had driven to her home so we would know where the location was prior to our meeting. She does live quite a distance off the paved road. Our employees drive their own automobiles and they are small cars. We did not feel it would be in their best interest to drive to this location. I am sorry that she feels we did not hold up our end but we do value our customers and also our employees and try please everyone involved. If you have additional questions please give us a call. The two young women, Crystal and Danielle and Velma the owner came the first time and afterward just the first two. They have all been very professional and done a great job. Our house is on the market and they were coming on Mondays, but most people have looked on the weekend, which required more work to get the house ready. I mentioned it to Crystal and Danielle and they came up with a solution and moved things around without inconveniencing their other clients. I am very appreciative of their proactive approach and for their thoughtfulness in this matter.
