Troy Bott Floors

The guy just pooped all over me and didn't even finish the floors. Then he disconnected his phone and I can't get in contact with him. He asked for all the money but I didn't give that to him because I told him that wasn't standard to do which was smart on me because he never showed back up. He did a really good job on the floors but he never finished. His work was great but his contractual agreement was an F. He needs to finish. He has a couple of pieces of my flooring that he pulled up that need to be finished. He quoted me an excellent price so maybe that's where the problem is and when he got into the job he realized that he had under quoted me but that's not my fault. The quality was good for what he did. I wouldn't use him again unless he comes back and finishes what he was doing. He picked his sander up and said he had to finish another job and he would be back the next day. He never showed up. He still has to do a second coat on my steps and he took boards off that he has to put back in. It is obvious that he didn’t finish. He also messed up some paint.
