MR. HEGLI REQUESTED A DEPOSIT OF $200.00 TO ORDER PARTS AND SHIPPING. A CHECK WAS ISSUED BY ME AND IT WAS CASHED ON THE SAME DAY. THIS WAS IN SEPTEMBER. IN OCTOBER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PARTS WERE BACKORDERED. BY THE END OF NOVEMBER, I TOLD MR HEGLI TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT. HE STATED THAT HE WAS WAITING FOR THE REFUND TO GO BACK INTO HIS ACCOUNT. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT HIM BECAUSE HE WILL NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE AND VOICE MESSAGES GO IGNORED. IT IS NOW JANUARY AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $200.00. I NOW QUESTION WHETHER THE PARTS WERE EVER ORDERED AND THAT I HAVE BEEN DUPED OUT OF MY DEPOSIT. THIS PERSON IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED SO BEWARE. THERE WERE JUST TOO MANY EXCUSES. TO RECOVER MY DEPOSIT I AM GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT WHICH WILL APPEAR IN HIS RECORD. I AM SORRY TO HAVE TO DO THIS BUT I AM 72 YEARS OLD AND DO NOT WISH TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE THIS.
