Sierra Htg & A/C

He came earlier than expected which was good since it was in the 90s that day.  The AC was working again in less than an hour. He wound up replacing a part which he had on his truck.  He could of said it was something else and charged lots more. Well worth it.

My husband called, and his wife answered and stated he was in bed. We Called Clayton, and Sierra called shortly later stating he was on vacation in Charlotte NC, He Lied to us!! Then he just showed up the next day. The work they did was unhook the SAME WIRE they unhooked the Summer before when it was blowing HOT AIR. I would not recommend at all!!!!

He was recommended to me from some people who live in this mobile home park.  He did do a good job.  He delivered what he promised and did the work when he said he was going to do it.  He got the job done.  I guess what impressed me most, because some people in these kinds of businesses you never know what you are going to get.  He showed up when he said when he said he going to show up.  He did the job in the time frame he said he was going to do it.  That is pretty good in my book because that is pretty hard to find.  I felt that the whole job was good.  I felt that we have a good system.  I did not get the impression that he tried to sell me more system than what I needed.  I think he was fair, showed some integrity which is also hard to find in today’s world.

I have used them for a couple of years now and they always do a great job.
