ROANOKE VACUUM & SEWING CTR

I brought my wet vac in to be checked for the problem above. Had it back the next day and was told everything was fixed. When I started cleaning the carpet the following day, the water was coming out, but no shampoo was being dispensed, so I took the vac back in. The repairman tried to insist that I was using the vac the wrong way (?). Then he said that it actually works fine, but the way it's built I won't be able to see any shampoo getting out (?). Finally, he suggested that I leave the vac overnight and he'll take a look. By that time, I had enough, so I just grabbed my vac and left. I also used them a few years ago when I had a problem with another vacuum. They "fixed" it for $20, and then after less than a month, the same problem started again. I blamed it on the vacuum being old at that time. Now I know better, and I am never using them again.
