Darcy Teper of Reico Kitchen and Bath, located in Salem, VA handled the initial consultation, measuring and setting up the delivery and installation. She was very thorough and professional. She made suggestions that enhanced the work and my experience. It was a pleasure working with her. I have forgotten the installer's name but my husband found him to be very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. I was not present during the installation but I was pleased with the result. The paneling installed in the kitchen was not an exact match as my cabinets were about 15 years old, but it was close. ( My cats still get on the counters. Oh, well. ) A couple of small things were omitted accidentally during ordering and installing, like a screw and some other small part. However, this was corrected quickly and cheerfully. All in all, a good job at a reasonable price.

HORRIBLE. See What Did the Provider Do commentary. Don't make the mistake I did. Make sure their installer is a REICO employee and not a sub-contractor. If a sub-contractor find out how many kitchens they have installed for REICO. Or go elsewhere where they will back their product and installation no matter what.

We were able to come up with solutions that met their needs and the work was completed last week to their satisfaction. We are very sorry that the client went through such a frustrating experience to get this resolved and apologize for the inconveniences that it caused. We were grateful for the opportunity to work through this together and get this taken care of."
