We should have read the reviews! I completely agree with people that say Christian is great in the beginning —when it came to selling the product and being extremely friendly, and helpful, telling you exactly what you want to hear. Please do not fall for his friendly, helpful demeanor during the selling process. If you have an issue or are not satisfied, best of luck! Christian sold us on the leathered look 100% while we were in the showroom. So we picked a slab of stone and were excited to have it installed in our new finished basement. Installers came today and installed the countertop. We went down after the installers were done so they could tell us care instructions, We realized then that it wasn’t leathered it was honed. I was super disappointed. I drove to Salem to speak with Christian about this and showed him our contract, which had nothing about being honed on there. He then gets out “his contract”, and it had been edited the and his contract says honed. You can’t add something to the contract after it signed. If he realized after we left that he didn’t know what we wanted he should have called or contacted us to verify. I was completely in shock by the way I was talked to and treated. Not only was it extremely unprofessional and tacky, but the way he spoke to me was downright condescending and belittling. Christian raised his voice and me several times, but I never once attempted to match his level of rude. Never once did he apologize for the misunderstanding or mistake. He told me There was nothing he could do and to leave his store immediately. I asked him for the owners information and he told me he would have the owner call me . More disappointed in the way I was treated today than the misunderstanding of the finish. Hoping the owner will make it right in someway.

In March, Premier was secured to install granite, fabricate and re-install granite, etc. All of 7 months later the job is not complete. Premier wasted time getting the job done but did not waste time cashing the payment. We are in the process of taking legal action and/or have connected with the Commonwealth's Attorneys office. Will let you know how that goes! The company has stolen our granite (larceny??) as well as not complete the construction job they were paid to do (construction/fraud??). If you are experiencing a similar situation, we took the paths of filing an official police report against the company (they did not return our granite to the property), next gathered a list of the many witnesses that were onsite each time Premier came to the property (fortunately many teams were onsite working on the property) We were advised by legal Counsel to move forward aggressively. To the point; when is it ever okay to steal and/or not return things/products that belong(s) to the homeowner? When is it okay to accept payment but fail to complete the job? I really think things like this happens often and most homeowners just do nothing about it... sad and unethical way for anyone to operate a business of any kind.

"We would love to assist you with your granite but we only had a few pieces to fab to help with the changes to your existing granite you had installed years ago. It was a simple job and we returned to help with your sink due to not being a sink that fits and once you found one we returned at no charge and mounted it for you. You had a piece of granite for the wall that was returned to you because we had no work order for a fab of back splash. We had sent 4 notices for the small balance you owed for the fab but received no response. I do not understand what else you are asking for from us."

Not well. Man that measured was aware back splash had to be lowed than normal. It arrived with 5" back splash, requiring a very large mirror to be raised. Then one sink was correctly cut out, the other was 2" off from where original had been. Plumbing will not connect. Contacted them. Jim requested that we call them when we return from vacation and they would make it right. We did. Spoke with Christan. He was extremely rude and would not listen to us. Said sink had to line up with doors not plumbing. He would do nothing but argue with us and not listen. Didn't care that we had a problem and that no one said anything to us about sink being in a different spot. Hired them based on previous work they did. Would never hire them again.

FABULOUS!! Christian and his team are amazing. Highly recommend. Tear out happened on a Monday - new counters in on Friday. Punctual, easy to work with, 30% less expensive than other quotes, nice variety of stone. Just excellent!

Showroom staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave a good description of the entire process and took the time to show several types of stone. The crew that came out and did the measuring and templates were professional. The install went well.

I found a particular piece of granite at another local showroom. The price they quoted was excessive for the size we needed. (They were charging for a full slab of granite, even though we didn't need the entire piece.)
Premier Stone was fabulous. Cyndi is extremely professional and courteous, and assured me they only charge for the portion of the slab needed, not for the entire slab. She called all of their distributers numerous times trying to locate the piece of granite I originally selected; but unfortunately, that piece of granite was unavailable. Cyndi helped us select a comparable granite. The guys who installed the countertop were punctual, professional, and did an excellent job with the installation. The countertop looks beautiful, and coordinates better than the original piece I selected.
I will not hesitate to use Premier Stone again, and highly recommend them.

Premier was called in to do the granite work for my bathroom just before Christmas after the original granite subcontractor failed to provide the granite agreed upon. Cyndi worked hard to locate the 2 cm granite (even on Christmas eve)that we were looking for. She finally located the granite and expedited its delivery to Salem. They worked through the night preparing the stone to meet their promised delivery date. They arrived on time as promised and were very professional in their work. They were very responsive and courteous toward my concerns and questions. The shower curb required compound mitre cuts that are difficult to do for even a skilled craftsman. I was very happy with the results. The joints were tight and evenly cut. I don't know what their price was since it was a subcontractor but I would highly recommend them for the quality and professionalism of their work.

We have gotten so many compliments on our granite - people find the stone beautiful as well as the install. Premier Stone has beautiful granite pieces to choose from. They have standard granite styles that you see every where, but they also have alot of pieces that are very unusual and pretty. Although smaller than other fabricators in the area like RockFab, the stone selections were far superior, as were the prices. They charged a reasonable rate for the style we chose and they didn't charge us extra for a beveled edge that looks beautiful. They even did a french cut on our island overhang that turned out wonderful. We had a great experience with Premier Stone and highly recommend them. Ask for Cindi - she was great! (Note: They also sell quartz and marble.)
