We made an appt a week ahead of time. Took car in early that morning and he had it ready by early afternoon. He used top grade replacement parts that we had asked him to use. We are very satisfied with the cost and work. Have used Old Salem foe years and have never had a problem.

They are a great company that is prompt and keeps me well informed about what they are doing. They don't like to work on foreign cars; they like to work mostly on U.S. models. They get my car back to me when they say they will and their prices are good.

I take my vehicles there any time there is something wrong with them. It is an honest, excellent place to go. They won't repair something unless it needs it. I really trust them. I have been using this service for probably 20 years. They do excellent work, and they are very dependable. We have three cars, and they do all of our work.
