He was fine and there is anything wrong to say about him. I really feel he could have pursued the price better. He was very good as far as being on top of things, getting things done immediately and efficiently he was very good. He charged us whatever the going rate was for selling a land. He is experience says that he is very right on and efficient. He is very through.

He did a fantastic job. He works on commission and I never knew exactly how much he charged. His fee seemed to be very reasonable. He was very patient; we looked at 15 to 20 homes. We never felt rushed or pressured. He only showed us homes within our price range, give or take a little. He was very amiable and a nice guy to work with. What stood out about him was his honesty. If he saw something that he thought was overpriced or a good deal, he let us know. We were living in an apartment at the time and he would pick us up and he worked around our schedules. We had an overall fantastic experience with him. We're looking at buying some property before too long and we're going to work with him again.
