Sofia Gick, Kaleb Lamonde, and Brandon Kennedy were excellent to work with. They were polite, respectful, knowledgeable about their work and gave great communication throughout the whole job. And...they even were able to complete all the work that was scheduled in 3 days instead of the 4 days we were expecting. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this team.

The crew that did job waz good. Rob, Robert. The costumer service is ****. Weeks without a call back. Left multiple messages, mins after they called me. Never a call back. The procedure was not what they told me. Now I have water in basement, which I never had before. Got hung up on when I finally got to talk to a person, after service.

My sidewalk had sunk and they raised it with foam. One month later sidewalk has fallen again and they are refusing to return my phone calls asking for help. They seem nice but what I want is to have sidewalk fixed.

John Stone did the initial assessment and explained our options including financing. Alfonso Cobos and Mihail Gadjelor installed basement gutters and supports to stabilize our front porch. They were responsive and kept us informed of schedule adjustments. All JES employees were clearly experienced and answered any questions we had.

They tried to hustle me out of money, the exact reason as a woman I ask my adult son to be there, but of course he wasn't when they tried this. They bragged about the bonus they would get for finishing the job Wednesday. They accidently cut the watermain (and accidents happen) but they falsified the picture they sent to me and they were not honest about water being turned off. Super tried to be super nice but after meeting with me went a whole week with no contact. Very disappointing.

I contacted the company about a minor moisture issue a couple of years ago. They advised me to do some work that cost me about $12K to complete. I trusted them as experts in their field and so agreed to the work. Now a couple of years later, the same problem emerged. I contacted the company who sent out a tech to evaluate the situation. He said that the original work had not included everything it should have and that it would cost an additional several thousand dollars to correct. I am appalled that the company would not stand behind their work-only offering a10% discount on the corrective measures that should have been done originally.

John and Mike were on time, professional, hard-working, and had a great attitude. Ron and Trey were also so helpful and hard working, and Markese was the installer and he did a great job. They left concrete residue all over my driveway and under my carport. They said they was putting in a pump system but they came with the same pump I had just a 1/2 horse power more. They used my cut out for my pump and added their stuff. I thought they was gonna put a better pump system in. Left a white cut out hole on the side of my house then cut another hole. The JES crew from Roanoke (Calvin, Andrew, Eric, and Treyvon) were exceptional. They worked steadily and were very skilled and professional. The final product was even better than I expected. I think it is also important to note that, as a woman living alone in a rural area, I found these folks to be courteous, respectful, and I felt very safe. I would totally recommend them and would hire them again if I needed their services.

I wasn’t pleased with the instructions I received from the salesperson with some of the presort that was needed before repairs began. This ended up cost me an additional $1200. The crew that worked on my home was top notch, Charles Byers, James Spencer and Tommy Fischer were professional and very efficient. I knew everything that was going on as they worked.
