It was GREAT!!!  After attempting to pressure wash our walkways myself, it became painfully obvious that this was a job for professionals.  Garrett came to our house to see the area that we wanted to have cleaned.  He sent us a proposal and then came to the house to discuss options with us.  He was very friendly and professional and we agreed to have his company do the work.  About a week later he and his guys came and in JUST ONE DAY did what would have taken me the rest of the year to complete.  It looks FABULOUS!  All the grime and moss is gone and it looks BRAND NEW!!!  All this happened while I was at work - I came home and had a BRAND NEW outdoor space.  They also painted the under-deck concrete which looks SO much better.  Honestly, I cannot say enough good about Garrett and his company.  They are prompt, efficient, and do GREAT work.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Service was very quick, good, and professional. My vinyl siding was pretty dirty with mildew on the north side of the house, but it looks great now.

Mr. Smith obviously knows what he is doing and has all the proper tools for the job, including a "bucket truck" we needed for some very high areas. We've had this job done on a regular basis by three other companies in the past, as our property has a lot of shade. Hot Shot's work was by far superior to the others.
