Estimate was provided quickly. I was told they'd call when able to get to the job. I anticipated a lengthy wait because it was a relatively small job during a busy season. The work was completed within two weeks. The work crew was professional, clean and polite. Finished product exceeds my expectations.

The contractor was very slow to show, give a quote and to complete the job as agreed to but within 3 days after they were through, I was billed. I did not pay through mail but required the guy to come to me and I made him listen to my complaints before he left with $9K of my money.

The first day, the men came right on time and took out the old sidewalk and got everything prepared for pouring the new sidewalk. The second day the new sidewalk was poured and the concrete pattern was stamped in the concrete. The 3rd day, the men returned and put a sealer on the sidewalk.
A suggestion for the company is that they need to leave you a note or something on how long to stay off the new sidewalk and the sealer coat.
Overall, it was a good experience. The price was good. The finished sidewalk looks very nice and we have had very nice comments from neighbors on how it looks. We will have to see how it holds up.

Went well, The crew worked well and interact with the concrete delivery and added the color.The foreman was very helpful and made several good suggestions. that I allowed. The only problem was the final invoice did not show the deposit when the contract was signed.
