Went great. Took overnight to load everything onto CD's since these were large technical data files. Was able to take these CD's and load onto my other computer with no problems.

I called and made an appointment. He was there when I showed up, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and installed a new sostware program that has been very helpful.
