They were punctual and did a very good job. I had to ask them to go over a few spots which they did and I noticed after they left there were a few marks on the wall doing downstairs and that is the reason I did not give all excellent marks. I would definitely hire them again but will look a little closer at the walls next time. Overall, the carpets are very clean.

The workers cleaned two bedroom carpets as well as a rug in the hallway. The white carpet they cleaned dried quickly and looked new again. The rug in the hall is made of delicate material and the workers took great care of it and the rug looked pristine.  The men were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I were thinking about getting our carpet replaced. The best quote we received was about $11,000 so we decided to try cleaning them first. Our two boys and two dogs had given them quite a beating so we weren't hopefull. We heard that a local company called Certified Carpet and Rug Cleaners was really good so we gave them a try . We can't believe how great everything turned out �. What a relief. Somebody I won't mention (Drew) runs a darn good business.

Went great. Excellent customer service when called and booked the appointment. The technicians that came were vary polite and we'll manored and took care of everything I needed done and did some extra work. They also offer a pet disinfect for urine problems that completely helped the odor from my pets. I payed $126 for the cleaning and the pet disinfect and was highly satisfied. I would use this company every time I need my carpet done and will recommend them to anyone else that needs there carpet cleaned.

My appointment was for 9:00 am. The techs called @ 8:45 and said they were running late and would be here @ 9:10. They showed up at 9:30. From the company web site I assumed the techs would show up wearing clean uniforms of some type. They did not. On top of that they reeked of cigarette odor which I found offensive. All that aside. I am a 65 year old divorced male who lives alone. I take my shoes off in my home and don't entertain company. I carpet really didn't need cleaning I just get it cleaned every other year just to freshen it up. The company advertises their process as a "liquid dry" system that dries in as little a 2 hours. They finished my carpet at 10:30 am on Friday. It is now 1:30 pm Saturday and my carpet is still damp in area and very wet in other areas to the point I am having to wear shoes in the house. I called the owner and he was very nice and listened to my complaints but offered no real answers or solutions to my concerns. Based on their reviews and the cost of the service I expected better. Understanding that everyone has a bad day. In business making sure you correct your bad days in important.

I received my rugs and they look great. They were very professional and reasonably priced.

they arrived in a timely matter, and found that they didn't quote correctly with a small room in the basement, but still honored the original quote.

They called to say they were on their way. They helped me pick up and move anything I had left on the floor. Branden and John were professional and courteous. I was embarrassed about the condition of my carpets, but John and Branden handled it in stride. Their work was very good and everything smelled nice. I thought the price was fair.
I would call Certified Carpet Cleaners again and especially Branden and John.

They did very good work. The guys were very courteous and friendly. They were very customer oriented. They were good all around. Their pricing was reasonable with everybody else. They come in and out, they wore booties or took their shoes of. They tell you what they were doing as they went along. They were very professional. If you're looking for somebody to clean carpets and clean your duct work, they would be definitely someone to look at.

I thought Certified Carpet Cleaners were great. They did a first-class job. They were very punctual, nice, decent people. I felt like I was getting my money's worth. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them.

They were completely up front with pricing, provided all the information I needed to understand what they were going to do and made
me feel comfortable about the scope of the work. I was able to simply let them in the house and left for work. They did their job and when I came home from work the job was done and it looks great.

I first used these folks to clean three area rugs (One very large, one mid sized and the other a runner). They did a very good job with them and I paid $151 for that service. All were cleaned and ready in 5 business days.I inquired about having the carpet in our family room stretched and cleaned and made an appointment for them to come the following week. The service technician showed up exactly on time. Our family room is huge - roughly 26x32. The carpet was new when we moved in and had developed a large hump from stretching over time. The main walk areas were noticeably dirty. The room has a floor to ceiling brick hearth and fireplace on one wall and a huge built in bookcase on the opposing wall. The technician (Steve) did an excellent job of stretching the carpet so that it lays flat again and had to resort to using the "old fashioned" knee kick method due to the brick wall and the bookcase. He did an outstanding job and really worked hard to make it right. He then did the carpet cleaning and the carpet now looks new again. This is beige carpet, so you can tell that it is clean.I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.
