1- They destroyed the looks my back yard shed and added safety hazards in the interior.
2- They left nails around the house, around the shed and inside the gutter.
3-On the installation of the new skylight: they left a gap around the perimeter of the skylight allowing hot air (and smells)  from the roof attic into the main bathroom.
3-When rain started on Spring 2015, water leak developed (in main bathroom around the exhaust fan fixture) for the first time in 26 years. After contacting them (by me or by Lowes), they never came to look at or fix the problem (for the issue of the shed, they left me an old power tool for me to cut out the nails protruding in the inside of the shed... !)

Hired to fix leaking roof, after he completed the work, roof still leaked.

I'm very pleased with the appearance of the completed job, and the quality of the work. The only suggestion I have for them is to consider keeping out-of-town customers better informed about when the job would begin. I contracted with them long distance - I live 200 miles away in Northern Virginia - and received very little communication from them before the job finally began.

installation went great. last June.  Over three weeks ago, I called and told them one of the skylights was leaking (during a heavy rain).  I have called 4 time since then, once a week.  three times I actually got a human being who said they would call me back.  I left a message yesterday, saying did they want my business and PLEASE CALL ME. I gave them my home and cell phone numbers.  No call...



Followup is crucial in business.l. I will be needing a whole new roof in the future and if this is the way they treat their customers AFTER the fact, I guess I wont use them.  I don't know if this is the office help or the management  who wont return my calls but I am frustrated to say the last

I like them for their prompt service and reasonable price. They were very open and honest about my situation and did not take advantage or say that I need a roof just because they needed the money, but they said honestly that they needed the money but that I did not need a roof.
