Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group

Buying a house has always been a dream of mine.  I had spoken to other lenders but Janie Arrington with Atlantic Bay was the most helpful, and who ended up helping me fulfill my dream.  I have heard that applying for a mortgage is hard, and it was a little stressful at times, but not because of Atlantic Bay.  Janie was always very quick to answer my questions and by the time I closed we had emailed each other too many times to count.  Janie was very professional and even though she was expecting a baby any day she made sure that she had everything worked out on my loan before she left.  She was extremely thorough and by the time my paperwork went into underwriting she had already worked on answers for the underwriters if they had any potential issues.  In my experience I had been pre-approved in the past for large loan amounts, but when it came down to it the lenders could not lend me that much.  Janie gave me a number that I was able to stick to and that was realistic.  I would recommend Atlantic Bay to anyone, and of course Ms. Arrington in particular.  I cannot stress how prompt and informative she was with meetings, phone calls.  She provided lots of paperwork that helped me understand the process.  And she was friendly, as were the other employees, and that goes a long way too.
