Wonderful!

It is the best company I have every gone to with my dog. They are the kindest people, they care about pets, and they are top notch.

I was in a bind and needed a place for my 2 dogs to board on 4th July week last year. About Pets Center had an opening!! I was nervous for them but the place looked clean and modern. I just wish I didn't have to purchase outdoor time but I did anyway and my dogs loved it there. They also received grooming there as well. I did use this facility one other time to board my dogs. Every time the dogs came out happy. Although it is somewhat pricey, it's a great atmosphere for the dogs!

I used this facility only because my usual pet sitter was booked as were other kennels in the area. The facility is very clean and attractive when you first walk in. However, I did not get the impression the staff really cared about the animals - this is purely business for them. The cat kennels are large but the "play area" was simply a space between the kennels with one cat climbing tree. There isn't even a window from which they can watch outside. I had to bring my own toys which they did not promise would be returned (they were returned). The facility was much more expensive than others in the area, especially since I had to bring my own food and bag it up for daily rations. Perhaps if you have dogs you would have better luck but I would not recommend this facility for cats.
