R & R came in to review the job, and 5 minutes later, had the job completed!

Great guys, great intentions. I am happy with their work. Unfortunately they seem to take on too much work so getting them out takes a while. They are not the most organized. On the other hand, the price is right. And their work holds up.

Excellent! They arrived a tad early, were very professional and kind, and charged less than originally estimated.

After waiting all day for another plumber, who had promised to restore water service even if he arrived late (and who did NOT restore the water service because it was 5 pm when he arrived to see what the problem was), I called R & T for an estimate (I had called several other companies starting around 5 pm as well - to decide who would do the repair the next day). I left a message on his voicemail and asked that he call me back by 10 pm if possible. He called me around 7pm. In explaining the problem to Tim, I voiced my frustration that we had been without water since 3 am in the morning and obviously would need to wait until the next day for service. Not only did he propose a better price than the others I had called (although not the cheapest price), he offered to come a make the repair immediately so we would have water that night. I agreed, and he and his partner, Russell, arrived within an hour. They worked efficiently to verify the problem, purchased the necessary parts and completed the job by midnight.
