+ -1 moreThis is a condominium group and they've been doing this for probably twenty years. They've always been reasonably reliable but I will say that since we renewed our contract over a year ago they've been less reliable. They are still reliable in a sense but there are certain things that they don't do, they seem like that they used to. They work around our unit but it's been a little sloppy. They do it quickly but almost too quickly. We are not as satisfied as we were.
Description of Work: I've used Clark Landscaping & Lawn Care. They do our weekly service. It is a two year contract, for the whole property there is nine units so like charge like $4300 for two years and you have to per rate that by month by year. They basically handle the mowing, trimming, trim the bushes and do the mulch.
