The Tech arrived ahead of promised time. Job took approx 2 hrs. He was very thorough. The stains (light colored carpet) were extensive, and hadn't been properly removed by previous cleaner (steam clean). We were very pleased with the results. He was reasonably professional, but chose to tell an offensive political joke and claimed superior, righteous knowledge regarding the incumbent - which lowered his score re: professionalism.
