They were very responsive. Came out on little notice and were prepared to take care of the job right away. They did good work, at reasonable price. They are, however, difficult to reach, and do not always return phone calls. They also suggested that scheduling work can be tricky, because they respond to emergencies frequently, and those often take precedence.

His employees did the actual work. My experience was very good. They came out on time. It was a kind of complicated job that they had to do because they had to wire and stuff like that to put the switch in for it. They did a good job.
