Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Nothing is level or square. Blocking not installed. Subfloor sheets at different heights and not secured at edged - one run the many staples shot missed the joist. When I pointed out that the framing for the medicine cabinets was out of square and not quite in the right place - the realignment tool of choice was a huge mallet. The drywall on the ceiling below was damaged from tools falling and to make matters worse they cut into a water line. They ran out of 2X4s and didn't complete the job - nor return. He did knock $100 off the price because the framing of a soffit could not be completed.
