These guys are absolutely fantastic! Upfront, educational, and personable. My only holdback on a 5 star rating was that I tried to schedule online since it was a Saturday and not an emergency. When I hadn't heard anything by noon on the next business day, I called and talked to Crystal. She was polite and friendly, but could not find a record of my submission. I received a confirmation stating "a representative will be getting back to you shortly". A NICE FEATURE THAT, UNFORTUNATELY, DOES NOT WORK!!

They did a very good job and I would hire them again. I would recommend them.

I have had this company do repairs in the past but I am also on a maintenance agreement with them. The maintenance agreement covers a 10 year manufacturers warranty on my gas backup heat pump/air conditioner. There was an warranty issue with the unit and it was handled hassle free by Mack Morris. They are a very professional company, on time and honest repairs. Been dealing with Mack Morris for 10 years and recommend them for heating and air repairs and installation.

After spending 2 hours checking through my Heat pump, The technician was able to determine what was wrong, locked up compressor way out of warranty. My wife and I decided to rely on Mack Morris for the installation of a new system and couldn't be happier. Financing was also readily available at 0% interest. They came when they said and were very professional and clean. They explained everything about the system and how to take care of it. When they left, you would never have known they were at my home except for the cold air blowing through the ducts. Thank you Mack Morris

Very good. Work was done without a hitch and fairly quickly for winter time and heat shut off while work was completed.

They were fine. I intend on getting them back out here again. The filters are expensive. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They had to meet someone at the house to get it unlocked to get in to do the service. They were polite and they were precision at what they were doing. I don't think they could of done anything better. I was buying the house and I went out to just make sure they were doing everything they said they were going to do in general and he introduced himself to me, so I think that was pretty good. I think the price will be in line with everybody else, but since I haven't had any kind of break downs, I can't say for sure. I might be madder than a wet hen if something happens to it. Their quality of work was good. They were here on time and he introduced himself so I think that's good.

Terrible - In April his technician determined that our coil, on a four year old unit, had gone bad and needed to be replaced. Even though the parts were under warranty, they wanted over 1000.00 for labor only. I contacted another company for a second opinion and they found nothing but a loose cap & repaired with a little Teflon tape - at no charge. Mack Morris advised me that I owed 79.00 for the diagnostic visit, I protested & Mr. Morris agreed to waive the fee. Today I get a call from their office advising me that I had an outstanding bill for 79.00 that I needed to pay. BEWARE

.We've been using the same company for heating and air conditioning for years. They've been out twice a year for the last 20 years. The folks that come here are obviously very careful, very complete and thorough in the work they do. That's about it. That is the reason we have them and we haven't had any issues. The people have been very thorough. We've been at this house for almost 20 years and we have used them since the beginning. I don't mind Mack Morris knowing that I have given them all A's because we are very happy with them.

It went great both times, and as a result, we've acquired their maintenance plan too, so we'll be kept up and running without issues.

They were courteous, but the first guy didn't fix it well. He installed a part to fix what he thought the issue was, but it did not work. I had to call them to have them send someone else out to fix the problem. They had to order the right part, but then they came right away and fixed the issue. I am happy that it is now working great.

We choose an American Standard system and the quote we were given was penny-accurate. Within two weeks of the estimate a Mack Morris team arrived and began the installation. My wife asked that they move the new blower unit to the opposite end of the attic to reduce noise over the bedrooms which they did without any additional cost to us. Within a day-and-a-half the new unit was up and running. The installers also added a double drain line to reduce the chances of water in the attic; something that occurred with the old unit. Now that winter is here, we can appreciate the great work the Mark Morris team did for us. As a matter of fact, we will be calling Mack Morris to get a humidifier installed in our new system.

I'm on a contract with them. I liked that they provided me a reminder. They seemed to do a satisfactory job.

Just about 4pm, I got a call that the technician was on his way. Sullivan arrived so promptly that he beat me back home. He was very familiar with the unit that was installed, and in no time he had replaced a bad capacitor. The cost of the total visit was below $200 before I used the Angie's List coupon for a discount on the service call. I'm a happy customer and look forward to being a repeat client.

They were congenial, appeared to be confident, good ratings on your site. They seemed to be viable.

Very professional and on time. First was an inspection of the house to determine what size was needed, best location and route of the line set location. Several options.with price quotes were provided that day. I checked other dealers, some cheaper, but went with Robertson because they did not cut corners on the house examination, pump location site and line set. Because I delayed in my decision for several weeks, a better air exchanged with higher SEER rating became available and this was installed at no extra cost. There was a followup checkup of the whole system two weeks later. Very professional.

Was told up front that the evaluation fee was $79 and then an estimate to repair would be quoted. I was with the tech when the cover was removed and when he hooked up his gauges a wire shorted and blew the breaker. We found a spade lug carrying power to the compressor loose and burned. A temporary wire was installed, power reset and the unit worked. Part of the spade lug was burned off so there was a question on how to proceed; the tech called the office and was told to get a terminal repair kit, he did not have one. Tech left to get the kit, returned and put on one terminal lead and unit was working. Tech went to the truck and worked on his tablet for longer than the repair took and told us the charge was $260. I questioned the charge and was told that the office set the price and that an email would breakdown the charges. The email did not and I called the office and talked to Kevin who told me that the tech said that the kit was $120, which I questioned, one wire, he said he would call me back. He did not call, I called and after two days talked with Kent who had another story about standard charges and could not tell me the price of the kit. I ended up with one wire repaired for $180, plus the $79, and three stories. There was never an estimate, I would have declined the repair at that price, and they have not given me the rest of the $120 kit. Although the total price was not crazy, it was not reasonable and poorly handled with no consideration offered by anyone I spoke with. Get the estimate up front!

The serviceman was prompt and professional. I just thought $75 was a little steep for a diagnostic visit.

They're very good. We've been happy with them each time they've come. They're very helpful, very informative and very thorough. We've had no problems with the system. I feel confident that if we did, they would be very prompt. We did price comparisons and they may not have been the cheapest. But I think, for what we wanted, we felt it was the best. They've been easy to get in touch with when they were doing the job.

I had a 35+ year old boiler that needed replacing.  Mack Morris representatives and repairmen were always knowledgeable, responsive, and polite.  I received three estimates from local businesses -- Mack Morris had a very competitive estimate, and, more importantly, were always professional and easy to work with.  I bought a fixer upper and, over the last year, have had many contractors and repairmen in and out of the house.  Mack Morris has been one of the best I've worked with over that time.  I will definitely be using them again and won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We've used Mack Morris for a few years now and never had any reason to complain.   The system continues to function well.  Their pricing seems to go up a little faster than the cost of living does and eventually I might consider changing to one of the other good companies in the area.
