Went to the lawn mower area. Sales person met me immediately. Picked out the mower I wanted, salesman helped load on cart, pushed cart to check out and then to the truck and helped load. Lowes at Ruckersville is a great store. The associates there are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The mower was easy to setup. I didn't follow the instruction about checking that the wire was on the spark plug. First new push mower in years and am impressed.

This store has been great since it opened a few years ago. Bryan in Power Equipment really knows his stuff and took some time to help me pick a mower that made sense for my yard, my budget, etc. I had some trouble with the mower recently and couldn't help from the Lowes corporate service department. The manager, Richard and Bryan really took care of the situation and didn't leave me in a lurch.

The store just opened here about 2 ½ years ago and we've been going there since then. We choose Lowe's because of convenience and customer service. If they don't have something they'll get it for us. He didn't spend much yesterday, but I spent a $1000 there last month for new lights and things.

They did a good job. We did have to call them back regarding the lock not catching on the door. They came out and fixed it promptly.
