Their responsiveness is top-notch. They came the same day I called at least for an inspection. The people are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They are a tad expensive but you get what you pay for. One treatment is all it took to rid us of termites and mice and haven't seen any in over a year. Two Paramount folks crawled on my steep roof to block access to our attic by a very pesky and determined squirrel. They're not always on the stated time for treatment appointments but once there did a thorough job. I will use them again as necessary.

They had to come back one time to modify the vapor barrier. The seams weren't taped and it wasn't properly fitted to the foundation properly.
