D&D Exterminator

I was disappointed in the results - they cut the grass so high, in many areas it didn't even look cut at all. This last week, I had to call the main office because I had thought they had missed a section of the yard - but when they returned they said they didn't - that was just the way it was supposed to look (scraggly?) and that since it was a small section of yard (less than 50 sq feet) they only use a weed whacker - but if I wanted it to look better they could use a push mower for more money ?!?

They responded quickly to my request and performed the contracted tasks.
Have used D and D for over 15 years while at this house and have relied on them frequently to help me out. They maintain my lawn by cutting the grass, raking leaves in the fall, my yearly trimming of the bushes etc.
They also have responded to fallen trees and large limbs to cut them up in a timely fashion.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who might need their services.

Dand D has a lot of people working for them, as they do all of Forest Lakes, which is why we tried them. They are relatively inexpensive. They are rather quick with mowing and don't do the neatest job. One time we had them mulch and do the edging, but I think they used a machine, and a lot of grass clumps ended up in the bed. They were covered with mulch, but later, I had grass clumps growing in my beds and was very annoyed to have to dig them out, as they took root.

OK. They can sometimes be in a rush to finish and aren't careful about details. They mowed offed a small tree in my back yard.

I have used them for 20 years and they are great. They are very reliable and very good. They are a little pricey but it is not any worse than anyone else, I would say average. Their quality is excellent. They are very responsive.

Overall the job completed was done very well. My difficulty was getting them here to start the job once the estimate was approved. Once they were here the did an excellent job.
