He warned me not to get close to the work. When he was writing me a receipt on a scrap piece of paper. He told me that if I had any questions he was going to come in here and tear everything out. I never got anything on official paper or an invoice/contract. He has done other work before for me, he is a neighbor and I was fine with it. He sub contracted to Imperial Granite and Marble Company who were the actual installers. They came out and installed kitchen granite. They had cracked a piece of my table. He has refused to replace the table and though I have copies of text back and forth, they're refusing to replace the glass table as well. The glass table is worth $1000 to replace it out of my pocket. This has been very upsetting and I would not highly recommend them.

I bought the cabinets from Home Depot online and Total Maintenance came in and installed them for me. I was charged for labor. I still haven't gotten a receipt. The plumber had to connect the dishwasher to the cabinets since that hadn't been done when the cabinets were installed.

He has a small personal business but he is super fast. He will be in and out all in one hour. He is very professional, the quality of the work is good and he always does a beautiful job. I have to say that sometimes he runs a little late but he always calls to let me know what's going on. He is pretty good and I think the prices are average.
