+ -1 moreThe farm is located out in the country of Northern Virginia. There were several trees to choose from, but there were only a few varities. The farm was picturesque and the people that work there were very professional. It was a very busy day and they were working hard to get the trees processed. They offered free hot or cold cider in a barn where they were making wreaths and garland. Cutting down a Christmas tree is a tradition in our family. Since we are new to the area, it was our first time at this farm. We had a great time and our tree looks beautiful. We selected an 8 foot colorado blue spruce. We paid about $95 which was the most we have ever paid for a tree. We chose it for its strong needles. This is the first year we have been able to hang some of our heavier ornaments since the branches are so strong. We had a great experience.
Description of Work: We went to the tree farm to cut down our our Christmas tree. They provided a map indicating where certain trees were planted and with a price list. They also provided a saw and a rope to carry our tree.
