"I am sorry to hear about your problems. However, we do not do flowers at all. I believe you are speaking of another company. Perhaps, Premier Turf and Landscaping. We have been confused with them before. Good luck."

When Mr. Hatcher came to my home to provide an assessment and estimate, he immediately understood my problems, indicated that the situation was fixable and explained how best my needs could be met. We were both agreed that I wanted the job done right and I only wanted to fix it once.
From the outset and throughout the process, Mr. Hatcher was thoroughly knowledgeable, consistently pleasant, and kept me fully informed. He and his work crew were efficient, tidy and professional.
It took approximately 1 1/2 workdays, 6 truck loads of fill dirt, one truck load of topsoil, and a whole lot of grass sod to level my backyard. When the work was done, Mr. Hatcher and his crew had created an attractive, usable, and safe back yard for me and my pets. My neighbors are as pleased as I am with the "new look".
The price was fair and the workmanship excellent. I highly recommend Premier Turf Farms, LLC.
"Thank you. We are happy that we were able to meet your goals for your yard. We hope that your puppy and grandchildren enjoy the yard this summer. It was thoroughly enjoyable to work with you too."
Job #1: Contractor did not arrive with enough soil nor sod. Second load of "soil" was not mineral soil but instead uncomposted horse manure. The last several hours the men were working under lights because it was pitch dark. Even though he promised multiple times to fix the grading and even out the soil, he never did.
Job #2: Contractor left hundreds of feet of exposed drainage pipe in ungraded, exposed, lumpy mounds of subsoil, plus left two huge piles of topsoil he had skimmed off field surfaces and put aside. Plus, "his" design to lay pipework, which added cost to initial quote, doesn't work. Fired him for abandoning job. Began work in March. Last seen 5/31 on project #3. He told me not to call him because he would know when fields were dry enough. He never reappeared. He only sent inquiries about payment for incomplete work. Still trying to resolve all issues.
Job #3: drainage terrible, landscape cloth laid poorly and incompletely, subsurface gravel not evenly, consistently applied so that it works its way through surface layer throughout entire sacrifice lot. Inappropriate surface caused stone bruises requiring special shoeing and additional farrier appointments. Had to have top surface level regraded. Still some problems.
In general, the contractor's quotes were grossly inaccurate. He work was unorganized and untimely. His grading / drainage designs don't function well; he can't acknowledge errors, instead blaming everyone else for his incompetency. When we talked about the problems associated with the sacrifice lot he blamed the drivers unloading the top surface material; he blamed weather; he blamed my care of the lot, and the said that the gravel near the surface must have come from other sources. Never did he acknowledge that the problems might have been his own.
Scheduling was very easy and the team coordinated with our irrigation system installer to ensure that everything was done right. After they completed installation they even set three different programs on our irrigation system so that the sod would be properly watered for the crucial first four weeks and then transition to a and quot;normaland quot; schedule thereafter.
The install team was meticulous in proper placement, ensuring the irrigation system was giving full coverage to the sod and giving detailed tips on how to care for our sod. If there was something that was helpful, they did it.
One of only two contractors we have used that have exceeded our expectations.
When the crew showed up they were about 50% short on sod. It seems a typo when calculating the total sq foot resulted in a mistake both in terms of sod needed but also the price. Again, Premier acknowledged the issue, went back to the farm, cut the rest of the needed sod, and returned several hours later to complete the install. When I insisted they adjust the invoice to reflect what they actually installed vice what they mistakenly shorted (themselves), they refused to accept any additional money stating the price I was to pay was the price they quoted.
This was a great example of how to handle things when everything doesn't go perfectly -- something most companies fail miserably on. Regardless of the couple minor issues, I'm rating them with an and quot;Aand quot; across the board as they delivered a high quality product and when issues arose they addressed them in short order, without drama.
Highly recommend!
I have more work to do in my backyard and will certainly look no further. Premier Turf Farms is my choice!!!
