As far as the workmen were concerned, they seemed professional. My dissatisfaction is with the communication with/from the schedulers/office staff. I was told by the person who did the estimate that someone would contact me within the hour to schedule the job. It was 4 days later. I had also asked about another repair being done. I was told by the office staff that the workmen could not do it, but someone else could come out to do it for $300 (I was originally told it would be free.) And I was told by the men who came out to do the job, that they HAD done it. Who am I to believe?

I am happy to hear we performed the job to your satisfaction (our primary goal) but apologize for the poor communication up front. that was a mistake, we should never have committed to someone calling you within the hour but at the same time it should not have taken 4 days.
