Project was very well done, and we knew Randy is focused on coming up with creative solutions to make the best use of the space. The work team was excellent and took great care to clean up at the end of each day. Just ran into one problem when the team didn't execute according to plan, but they fixed the problem with just a few extra days' work, at no additional cost. Will definitely use them again for future projects!

ACI did a fantastic job. The columns look great. Everything was perfectly measured and exactly in line. The columns were very heavy. The crew was very careful with our flower bed and kept everything really clean. Of course, they also had to remove the old ones which were also very heavy. Great job!

We have used ACI for several projects over the past 8 years. The most recent was the reconstruction of our house after a tree fell through the roof in October 2012. Words cannot describe how fortunate we are to have been able to call ACI for this project. We currently live in Germany and therefore could not immediately assess the damage, meet with the insurance adjuster, etc. Randy and Patty did all of these things and took charge of the repair job. The repairs were completed on-time, on budget and over the 8-month period we did not have to visit once to check on the progress. Randy and Patti Iaccone, and the people who work for them, are among the most professional, honest, responsible and honorable people I have ever met. Their standards are high and the work they do reflects this. Of the many projects they have done for us over the years, we have never had to call them back to fix or finish anything. They stand out and above in the field of contractors.

ACI are first-rate professionals who treat your property with respect and care, do quality work on all aspects of their job, and are terrific to work with on a personal and professional basis. Only downside to the entire large project was that some of the sub-contractors brought in for specific jobs (cabinets, foundation work) were not in the same league in terms of quality and professionalism.

I never worried at all during the entire job. They were so careful and very personal. They were always communicating with us throughout the entire process. They followed our lead and paid great attention to detail. The pricing is a bit expensive but their work was well worth it.
