*Home Inspection 9/2017 I met Tim several months before we settled on a house to buy. We wanted a house with character (old) and he met with me to assess an 1870 house, it would have been a money pit. I learned a lot from him!! When he came to do the inspection on this house (circa 1900) he was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain details about this older construction and what to expect. We have lived here over 7 months now and every single detail he went over and gave advice on has been spot on!!

We're building a new home and wanted to get an inspector lined up early. Based on the Home Advisor reviews we reached out to Tim shortly after the foundation was laid. During our initial discussion we found him to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and willing to provide valuable insights on the new home inspection process. At several points prior to the pre-drywall inspection, Tim was a valuable sounding board when addressing concerns we had with the builder. In fact, it was due to those concerns that we decided to hire Tim to do an inspection prior to the official pre-drywall inspection. Tim supplied us with his credentials several days prior ensure we didn't have an issue with the builder. The day of the inspection Tim arrived early and was already on the job when we arrived. He was meticulous and discovered a number of issues we wouldn't have noticed, and took the time to explain them in detail. We received his report the same afternoon and it provided us with the ammunition we needed to hold the builder accountable for their substandard work. We plan to use Tim for the pre-closing inspection as well.

The inspector arrived early and had inspected the roof and chimney before my arrival. He was thorough and exhaustive during his inspection. Answered and explained any questions/issues that arose. Very happy with his service and will use them again!

The inspector was early and had already completed inspecting the roof by the time I arrived at the home. He proceeded to tell me the condition of the roof.
