Getting the estimate and doing the work was placed on a long schedule due to heavy business sector traffic. But they actually came earlier than scheduled to do the work. Did it efficiently. I don't expect to have leaks in this spot again!

Second time I've used Sam's Fencing.  Always punctual on time and courteous service.  A pleasure to deal with, the crew is fast and do a great job on clean-up, I'm picky!!!! 

The Trinity crew was very professional and on time both days. Stevie Cundiff was always able to answer questions and bring samples to the house before the job started. Knowledgable, pleasent and christian in manner. The whole process was as explained from the start. There were no extra expense surpises at the end when the job was completed. All the shrubs around the house were covered and protected during the job, all trash was removed and the lawn was sweeped for nails. I would and have recommended this company to friends and would use them again. 

THE PAINTING CREW CAME FIRST..MOSTLY UNSUPERVISED AND DID NOT RELIABLY SHOW UP EVERY DAY AS PROMISED..HAD TO GET THEM TO REDO MANY SECTIONS THEY MISSED..SEALANT SPRAY NOT APPLIED AROUND CHIMNEYS AS PROMISED..FINALLY A COMPANY REP CAME AND DID IT HIMSELF...THE ROOFING CREW CAME NEXT..TEAR OFF WAS DONE..PART OF AGREEMENT WAS THEY WOULD REPLACE UP TO 5 SHEETS OF ROTTED OR DAMAGED PLYWOOD..THERE WERE SEVERAL SECTIONS NEEDING REPLACEMENT INCLUDING ONE LARGE SECTION WHERE THE PLYWOOD HAD A WIDE SLOPE IN IT..THE EDGE PIECES WERE REPLACED BY INSTALLING HALF SHEETS OF PLYWOOD..THE LARGE SLOPE WAS NOT TOUCHED..THE METAL ROOF CLEARLY SHOWS THE SLOPE REMAINING..THE ROOF EDGES HAVE NO EDGE/BORDER AND LOOK LIKE A METAL ROOF YOU WOULD FIND ON A BARN..THE COPPER GUTTERS WERE REMOVED..WHEN REINSTALLED IT WAS A MESS..THEY WERE NOT PROPERLY ATTACHED, LEAVING SUPPORT PIECES DANGLING IN MID AIR..I COMPLAINED AND THEY RETURNED TO REATTACH..STILL NOT LIKE THEY FOUND THEM..MY RECIEPTS FOR PAYMENTS MADE (IN FULL) WERE HAND WRITTEN AND MY ACCOUNTANT QUESTIONED HOW HE WAS SUPPOSED TO CLAIM THE $1,500 TAX CREDIT FOR THE ROOF WHEN THERE WAS NO STATEMENT THAT THE METAL USED QUALIFIED FOR THE WRITE OFF AS THE REP ASSURED ME IT WAS....OVERALL IT WAS A MUCH LESS THAN IN ALL AREAS THAN I WAS PROMISED..I COULD NOT STAY HOME EVERY DAY AS I HAVE A BUSINESS TO RUN..I DONT FEEL I GOT MY MONEYS WORTH AND WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY ASSOCIATES OR NEIGHBORS..I ORIGINALLY HAD CONSIDERED HAVING THEM DO THE ROOFING ON THE MAIN HOUSE, BUT AFTER SEEING THE RESULT ON A MUCH SMALLER SCALE, I WILLL FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR...

I was there while the work was being done. They offer excellent customer service. This company as professional as you can get. They are very accommodating. They were easy to communicate with. They didn't mind spending time explaining things to me. If there's a cheaper way of doing things, they won't hold back from telling you. They offer you options. I was very pleased with them. They always came out on time, when they said they would. The work that they did was of excellent quality. I recommend them.
