HODGESVILLE HEATING & AIR CONDITION

I purchased a top of the line Trane system for my daughters home. The location was in a tiny crawl space and I do mean tiny. The old system and duct work was from the 50s. Greg made several recommendations for redesigning the current duct work to function better with the new system. Although they ran into a few roadblocks to their plans, they completed the work and kept to their original quote. Very impressed. So impressed that when my 15 year old system failed the following week, I ordered another Trane system from Hodgesville. They completed my install the following week without a hitch. I would recommend their services to everyone. He and his crew are very skilled. Thanks to Greg and Val Hodges! Great people.

It was a pure pleasure dealing with Greg & Valerie. It took a few days to complete during the coldest time we have had in many years!! They always made sure we kept warm during this. We had a problem right after it was installed. It was early Sunday morning, I called thinking I would not get anyone. Not only did I get Greg but he came right over. Now that is service. I do home dialysis so I need a company I can depend on, Hodgesville Heating & Air is that company I count on. Thank You Greg & Val!!!!

Outstanding. I will go to Hodgesville for service and replacement equipment in the future.
Tony arrived at approx. 9:30 AM and had my system diagnosed and repaired by 10 AM. However, there is more to the story. I arrived at the house Wednesday night to discover the upper level AC was not operating. The temperature in my daughter’s room was approx. 87 degrees. My dilemma; my daughter was having 7 friends visit on Sunday for a special get together – only 2 business days away. They had plans to use air mattresses, etc., in my daughter's room for the next seven days. Imagine; my daughter and 7 friends all in one bedroom that is 85 to 90 degrees. Thursday morning, early, I scrambled to get HVAC service same day on a 90 degree day. About 8:20 AM I received a call back from Valerie Hodges and explained my desperate dilemma. She explained they were understandably trying to work a maximum number of calls but would see what she could do. I have been a regular customer of Hodgesville Heating and Air since 2007 and have worked with Valerie in the past. About an hour later I received a call from Tony saying he was on his way to my home. I was delightfully surprised. I've had HVAC problems at other locations in the past and in those other locations the normal response was more along the lines of "we will get someone out next week". Obviously Valerie worked magic for me. Tony arrived and quickly diagnosed and repaired the inoperative condenser fan capacitor – a part he brought out with him after hearing the symptoms from me.
So what more can a customer ask? This service experience can easily and honestly be defined as the highest standard of excellence. Thanks Hodgesville – Valerie and Tony. You saved my daughter’s summer get together and likely spared me a few gray hairs.

THEY CAME OUT HERE AND TOLF US THAT OURS WAS ON ITS LAST LEG. WE HAVE HAD THIS ONE FOR 16 YEARS.

This is a family run business, which is very responsive and customer service oriented. Very responsive during the quoting process, discussing alternatives, resolving questions and issues. Very competitive pricing. Met scheduling commitments. Good workmanship, and knowledgeable of relatively complex A/C system. Completed the job per estimates. Responsive to subsequent questions and minor issues. Performed annual preventive maintenance service. Good company to work with.
