This company was selected based upon recommendations from family members. We wanted to add cabinetry to a bare wall in the kitchen of the house we just purchased. Their salesman came out and took pictures of the current cabinets and measurements of the areas where the new cabinets would be installed. They completed the cabinets on time and installed them with minimum of upheaval. However, the sides of the cabinets did not match the finishing of the original cabinetry. The company quickly removed the cabinets and refinished the side panels to match the originals. I think the salesman failed to include that detail in his order. However, the company made every effort to satisfy us, and we were pleased with the result, so the delay was not a problem. The cabinets look like they were part of the original construction. We will not hesitate to use Elegant Cabinets again in the future.
